Fee Policy
Directions

The fee for endodontic therapy is determined by the complexity of the tooth being treated. If endodontic treatment is indicated and decided upon, a fee will be quoted. Any circumstances requiring additional procedures (i.e. post space preparation, additional diagnostic appointments, microsurgery) or unforeseen complications (i.e. additional roots, calcified canals) or any other visits other than during normal office hours are subject to additional charges. It is the policy of this office that the fee for each treatment is paid in full by the completion of treatment.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, personal checks and cash. For those patients with insurance, this office accepts insurance payment and patient co-payment as indicated by the insurance company. As a courtesy for patients with dental insurance, we do call the insurance company to verify coverage. The patient is responsible for approximate co-payment on the day of treatment based on the information given by the insurance company.

Please note: Information given over the phone by patient's insurance company is never a guarantee of payment. All existing balances will be the responsibility of the patient. Please give at least 24 hours notice of change of appointment if cancellation is absolutely necessary, otherwise a charge may be assessed.
