Schedule an Appointment
Tysons Corner Endodontics is open Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM until 5:00 PM. To schedule an appointment or if you have any questions, please call our office at (703) 288-3299. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible.
Initial Visit
Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. In most cases, treatment can be done the same day as the consultation. However, a complex treatment plan will require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.
All patients under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the consultation visit.
TO BRING
To save time and allow us to help you process any claims, please provide the following information at the time of your consultation (if applicable):
- Dental insurance card
- Doctor's referral form and any x-rays
- A list of current medications
- New Patient Forms
MEDICAL CONDITION
Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to treatment (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are on any medication (i.e. heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.)
X-RAY
If your dentist has taken x-rays, please bring us a copy or have them e-mailed to us at tcendo@gmail.com prior to your appointment. We will take necessary images if x-rays are not available. Additional radiographs may be taken in our facility in order to make a proper diagnosis.
Financial Policy
The fee for endodontic therapy is determined by the complexity of the tooth being treated. If endodontic treatment is indicated and decided upon, a fee will be quoted. Any circumstances requiring additional procedures (i.e. additional diagnostic appointments, microsurgery) or unforeseen complications (i.e. additional roots, calcified canals) or any other visits other than during normal office hours are subject to additional charges. It is the policy of this office that the fee for each treatment is paid in full by the completion of treatment.

INSURANCE
As a courtesy for patients with dental insurance, we do call the insurance company to verify coverage. The patient is responsible for approximate co-payment on the day of treatment based on the information given by the insurance company. Please note that information given over the phone by patient's insurance company is never a guarantee of payment. All existing balances will be the responsibility of the patient.
CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us via phone at (703) 288-3299 at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Otherwise a charge may be assessed.
